Dr Vinay Patil is a young, dynamic consultant specialising in Vitreoretinal surgery. He is trained in MD Ophthalmology at the prestigious All India Institute of medical sciences, New Delhi and further received his MCh in Vitreoretinal surgery, Uveitis and ROP at Postgraduate Institute of medical education and research, Chandigarh. He is the first and currently the only Ophthalmologist to receive MCh in Vitreoretinal surgery in Karnataka.
Dr Vinay Patil has extensive expertise in complex adult and pediatric retinal diseases management. He is recognized for mentoring peers and enhancing patient satisfaction. He has received many accolades in recognition of his surgical skills and clinical acumen at the national and international level. He has a proven track record in clinical research, contributing to advancements in the field, while actively participating in multidisciplinary collaborations
