Dr. (Maj) Anargh V is an accomplished ophthalmologist specializing in Cataract (Phaco) and Refractive Surgery. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College, where he completed his graduation and post-graduation, securing a Distinction in Ophthalmology. He served as a Presidential Commissioned Medical Officer in the Indian Armed Forces, completing seven years of service as a Regimental Medical Officer in the Army Medical Corps. His professional excellence and contributions in counter-insurgency operations in Jammu and Kashmir earned him multiple honors, including the Special Service Medal (twice), the Op-Rakshak Medal, and the Sainya Seva Medal with Clasp.
He pursued a long-term fellowship in Phacoemulsification and Refractive Surgery at Nethradhama Superspeciality Eye Hospital, Bengaluru.
Dr. (Maj) Anargh has presented extensively at national and international conferences and has several publications in reputed journals. At APAO-AIOS 2025, he was selected as the Col.
