She has completed her basic medical education from Agartala govt medical college and MS from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. She did her long term fellowship in Glaucoma from Pune and Long term fellowship in Phacorefractive surgery from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. As a skilled cataract doctor, She is a member of AIOS, KOS,ESCRS.She has presented many papers and posters at International and National conferences and various numbers of publications to her credit.
